Sleeps families & groups up to 45 people (YES- 45 people, not 16!!) - a one-of-a-kind estate home featuring giant waterslide, lazy river, fishing, boating, an escape room game, a laser maze arena, movie theater, human foosball, sports courts including pickleball, TV Game show studio, & more. Named "The Great Escape Lakeside," this mega home has been in The Guinness Book of World Records and even the Today Show's website; Every room is an immersive game involving Monopoly, Scrabble, Clue, etc;
The space:
This home was featured in the Guinness Book of World Records! It features the world's first residential laser maze and a super challenging hardcore escape room game (based on the popular board game CLUE). It has a life-sized OPERATION game, a giant LITE BRITE wall, & a 7 ft floor piano. There's an arcade and a movie theater, a just-for-fun casino, and a giant all teak wood chess board floor game.
The pool/lazy river/hot tub is roughly 45,000 gallons and features TWO waterslides; one "kiddy" and one GIANT, super fast commercial-grade slide.
Lakefront, there's a dock, 2 kayaks, a 3 person canoe, and a 5 person pedal boat. There's an outdoor kitchen, poolside TV system, video game consoles galore, dozens of board games, commercial arcade machines, pinball, plenko, billiards.. oh, and an actual family TV game show studio w/ interactive buzzers, karaoke!
Every room is an immersive GAMING experience (obviously!)-- so the bedrooms include a Monopoly Room (the closet is actually "jail!"), a Scrabble Room (correctly unscramble the letters on the wall to win a prize!), etc;
This is NOTHING LIKE the "cookier cutter" homes around Orlando, Kissimmee, and Davenport. Those are community homes on "zero lot lines" with neighbors and one or two "themed" rooms featured in photos. In contrast, this is a 10 acre privately gated luxury MANSION with so many *immersive* experiences that most guests spend their entire vacation on property and don't go anywhere else. Summary: Kitchen needs a few more items. Game show didn't operate properly. (And we had IT people in our family) Laser room wasn't working properly. Outdoor speakers didn't function properly. We used our Bluetooth speakers. One washing machine wasn't functioning late in our stay (contacted prop. manager) Grill, 3 burners wouldn't light without a lighter. Water pressure from War Room shower would stop. Happened once. Storage in some bedrooms could be improved. So games could be more accessible. Larger trash cans or more needed. Flies were bad on the patio by the pool. We were a clean tennants as well.

Summary: The home provided exactly what we needed! It was a great time for us all. The only thing I would comment on is to add pictures to your book of instructions -- we stumbled a bit with the karaoke setup, but figured it out. P.S. You should know that there are cards missing from the escape room.

Summary: My husband and I rented this as a Christmas gift for the entire family. Ages ranged from 6-70. There were 29 of us and EVERYONE loved it!! Beautiful, well kept venue. Just a bit odd that you have to go buy toilet paper and garbage bags if you run out. Seems like they would supply enough for the rented time for a place that holds 45. Everything else is absolutely amazing!!

Summary: The house was amazing and the time flew by so quickly! We were completely entertained the whole time and we had ages 10 weeks to 75 years! The family games were the best because we could all play together! We would love to do this trip again in the future. Every room is an adventure and the outside pool and living area is so relaxing!
