Newly remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath house right on Lake Minneola. Relax on the dock and watch amazing Florida sunsets. Reclining sofa with wood burning fireplace and big screen TV. 2 Bedrooms (King size master bedroom upstairs, queen size in downstairs bedroom) and 2 full bathrooms. Well stocked modern kitchen that should have everything you need to cook all your meals (if you don't see it, please ask). Laundry room for your washing. Centrally located in downtown Minneola. Bring your boat, bicycle, canoe, kayaks, or paddle boards! (I have some if you request in advance) Minutes to all local amenities, trails, boat ramps, shopping, and dining. There is an attached mother in laws suite on this property where I reside when I'm in town.

Summary: This was a great house to stay in while visiting my mom nearby. It is close to all necessary services. The house has spacious sleeping spaces and spacious public spaces. the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed.

Summary: Sam has a great place in a great location! The house is beautiful and the furniture/beds were so comfortable! Would 100% recommend this home to anyone and everyone! I’ve got a close friend that lives near by and will be staying here again for sure!
