Summary: We had a good stay. The pool and patio is amazing. The house was clean and spacious with comfortable beds in a quiet neighborhood. Our only concern, which we communicated, was in the afternoon the A/C could not keep up with the 95 degree heat as it got up to 78/79 inside until perhaps 8pm.Otherwise we had a pleasant stay.

Summary: Our stay was sufficient for our two days in the Orlando area but we were led to believe that there was a hot tub next to the pool, which is the sole reason that we chose this property over others. It was pictured with the pool and was described as a hot tub in the amenities list and then on another list it was referred to as a spa/whirlpool. Professionals refer to hot tubs as spas so we thought nothing of it. We were shocked when we arrived and the owner told us there was no heat in the spa (they turn the breaker off to the heater when they rent it out) but never would anyone build a little sitting area next to the pool for additional cold water relaxation. It was deceptive and completely disrupted the last few days of our vacation.

Summary: I enjoyed my stay but believe it would have been more enjoyable if I had the following: a welcome package placed in a drawer giving overview of how to operate things in house . We had a problem with the tv Even though you promptly answered my concers, I did not contact you with a few concerms because of my short stay. My Min concern was the temperature in the house was too hot. We would wake up sweating. Overall, we had a nice time.
