Positive: Very clean and had exceptional views
Negative: It was just off a busy road so it was quite noisy especially around 3/4am as jeeps were heading to the mountain for sunrise. Checking in was a little odd too I went to main reception and the lady there told me someone would be at the villa and when I went back up there no one was there. I waited maybe 15mins for someone to come, as a solo female traveller I found this a little daunting. The main hotel pool and staff were stunning. The guy who checked me out carried all my bags and stayed with them while I went to main pool area which was very nice.
Summary: Lovely stay just a few tweaks needed with customer service

Positive: The most stunning views and villa. You couldn’t ask for a better view and the staff made it all the more better. Super helpful and polite!
Negative: The only thing that was not amazing was that the shower wasn’t super clean!

Positive: The breakfast, view, price, and pool were all excellent
Negative: I did notice many flies around the area, and a few even got into my room. I'm not sure why they were so prevalent. Apart from that, I have very little to complain about. It would be nice if all TVs were signed into streaming services like Netflix so guests wouldn't have to log in themselves. It would be nice to have a security door or a private gate with a lock at the villa's entrance. Since it's on the main street, this would make it feel safer and more private
