Positive: The staff was really nice and helpful. Room was clean and there's bathtub in the bathroom The bedroom was so spacious and clean

Negative: The sink in the bathroom area was not working so we washed hand in the kitchen sink. Water from the 🚿 was weak, took awhile to get into warm temperature

Positive: Beautiful two-story units with all the facilities and more! Tons of space for your stuff and a couch to relax. Nice full kitchen and a huge balcony to watch the sunrise! The service was fantastic too!

Positive: We got a free upgrade to a larger room, apparently because the other one was noisier and were the only guests. Large two story room with comfortable bed, two balconies, kitchen and bathroom including a bathtub. An Indomart is just down the road.

Negative: The place would profit from a makeover, everything was a little bit run down though still in a reasonably good shape. The roosters are indeed as noisy as mentioned by some other people. The possibilities without a car/scooter in Kintamani are limited, i.e. there is not a lot around and the lake itself is not really reachable.

Summary: Good place to stay to explore the Batur area
