Positive: well, if you check the reviews on google and here at booking, you'll find both super positive and negative ones, let me put it into the middle and describe how it really was. the best advantage is the view from the room. the next one is the room design - it looks great the bed was super comfy. the hot tub works well for us and we got enough hot water the infinite pool is also beautiful to take some pics. the staff tried to be nice.. but it felt fake =( aand.. that's it for the advantages. clearly speaking - it's not worth for this price and we never come back. check the disadvantages below

Negative: let me just list it in brief: - the room smells really bed. which is truly unfortunate for that level of the hotel. the smell comes from the bathroom, and it's gettin' a little bit better if you close the bathroom's door - the overall hotel design is a shame. it's not cosy, it's no boutique. there's no logic in the architecture, the reception was like a storage.. they tried to put decoration for the new year but better they don't. and on the Dec 31 they made preparations with a lot of boxes of beverages, food etc right in the lobby. - the noise from the road is awful. earplugs are a must. + the room door is no sound proof, you hear anything like everyone is in the same room with you. - the kitchen was mediocre. and overpriced. - the bedsheets had stains. 4 stars.. are you kidding me? =(

Summary: not worth the price and 4 star experience. sorry but we'll never come back

Positive: The view from the room and the common areas are amazing.

Negative: It’s not really possible to walk around the neighbourhood, so we need to book a transportation to go to restaurants outside the hotel and to other places, but maybe this is the case for almost all hotels in Kintamani

Negative: Concrete , austere, dated, bomb shelter feel, polyester bed sheets that don’t breathe.

Positive: The staff was wonderful: very attentive, pleasant and helpful. The view from the room could not have been better. The bed, pillows, linen were very comfortable. Big shower with toiletries. Breakfast included was very decent. Nice touches: cookies, chocolates, fresh fruits in room. Nice restaurant and service.

Negative: So many stairs … you need good legs. The shower floor was very slippery for me and I needed to put a towel down. The bath towels could be a little less “used”. Some traffic noise from Road.
