Positive: The location of the property is wonderful - as other reviews state, a very tranquil and peaceful setting on the edge of Panormos but still only 5 minutes walk to the beach. There's a shortcut path through a wooded area that gets you there in no time. The gardens are beautiful - olive and fruit trees and the sounds of cockerels crowing, and the most wonderful starry skies to be enjoyed from the terrace or balcony. The owners very kindly upgraded us to the family apartment after one night as it was available, and this was definitely the more comfortable of the two apartments, with more prep area in the kitchen and a living area to relax in. Both properties were extremely clean and towels were replaced every couple of days. There's a small convenience store in Panormos, but we did a shop at the Skopelos Town supermarket beforehand and only topped up essentials like milk and water. We didn't rent a car but found the bus route to be very accessible and easy to navigate, though they update the schedule regularly with the season so it's important to check daily.

Positive: Great location in the middle of olive and fruit trees. Walking distance to one of the best beaches on the island with facilities and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and had all one needs. The kids loved the cats that were hanging around the house.

Positive: - Apartment located in spacious orchard - Host was very helpful with last minute switch of apartment - Quite surroundings - Walking distance to the beach - mosquito nets on all windows

Negative: - Some issues with contacting prior to arrival (email bounced, phone nr on booking form did not work?) - Height of shower / size bathroom limited

Positive: Excellent location. Loved the fully equipped kitchen and the fruit from the trees in the garden. Large property that was easy to find. The grill and extra tables outside were nice. 5 minutes walk to the amazing panormos beach with walking access to the beach from the first tavern. The rooms did not have hair dryer, info on WiFi connection and iron but once I contacted the property manager we received the items within a few hours.

Negative: The rooms were smaller that we expected for the price. The stove and fridge worked fine but the oven did not function. WiFi was very slow and spotty. Unfortunately, we could hear mice at night (probably from the roof) and it was unpleasant experience. We also did not like that the TV did not work for both rooms. Apparently, there was an issue with the network in the entire neighborhood and they could not fix the TV. There were no toiletries in the bathrooms except of toilet paper and dish soap in the kitchen. The second room that is attached to the large balcony upstairs got covered in water during a night storm. We managed to catch before the water covered our things on the floor - I recommend improving insulation of the balcony doors.

Summary: Excellent location, large property with easy access to the beach but needs some improvements.
