Villa Pegasus is ideal for people looking for a romantic and peaceful get-a-way whilst being close to the amenities of Skopelos Town, only 10 minutes away by car. It is the perfect spot for walkers, with easy access to many trails, as well as for painters who will appreciate the wonderful scenery.
Interior:
Entry into this simple but unique villa is to the open plan living/dining room with comfortable furnishings and French windows leading out to the front terrace which looks down the wooded valley to Skopelos Town and the sea beyond. The well equipped kitchen continues through from the living room and is complete with dishwasher, with a door off the kitchen into the spacious wc/shower room. Stairs lead up from the kitchen area to the large double bedroom with windows looking out over the hillside. This cottage is built on two levels and is entered from the pool area into a warm and comfortable sitting room with a corner fireplace and open plan kitchen. The terracotta colored walls and dark wood beamed ceilings compliment the colorfully tiled floors. The fully equipped kitchen, with full sized electric cooker/oven, has a big window facing out to the sea. The large double French doors next to the kitchen lead to a terrace that makes for easy serving of al-fresco meals. This living room of this cottage is also comfortably furnished and has a large couch, a sofa (which turns into a bed for 1 person) and spectacular views to the lush green forests and sea. Stairs lead up from the kitchen area to the large double bedroom with windows looking out over the hillside.
Exterior:
The exterior walls have been painted in bright colors, a technique taken from ancient times and which complement the surroundings. There is a BBQ to one side of the house and outside dining table, taking advantage of the shady pergola just outside the main entry door and in front of the private swimming pool and large pool terrace. Villa Pegasus has its own “privacy”, walls and a gated entrance from the private driveway and responding parking area.

It is surrounded by pine forests and close to many of the old donkey tracks across the island. The villa is completely private and not overlooked by the other two villas. Summary: We had such a lovely time in this beautiful house. Very private and so relaxing. Great pool. Dimitris is a great host, always available for any queries but never intrusive. Everything has been thought through so the house is really well-equipped and furnished in style. Also, the most comfortable bed we’ve ever had in a rental. Summary: If you come to Skopelos to seek quietness and peacefulness, I will definitely recommend Villa Pegasus or actualy one off the three Villas you can rent from Dimitris. Villa Pegasus is perfect located on the hillside and in short distance from beaches as Milla, Stafylos etc and Main town of Skopelos. Summary: Everything about our stay was just brilliant . The location was so peaceful but still in the middle of the island so was really central for getting to all the different beaches. Perfect for a couple or small family and the swimming pool is a great size and really refreshing after a day at the beach. Would definitely recommend!

Summary: A beautiful little hideaway in a perfect location. Stunning views . Peaceful with only the goats bells jingling in the evening coming down from the hills. Fabulous pool . The villa provides everything you need for a perfect stay. Comfortable bed, loads of hot water for shower ,great bbq . Dimitris, our host, was marvellous. We had a few hiccups with ferries being cancelled but Dimitris sorted everything out for us and made our journey so easy. Can’t recommend highly enough, so only problem was that we had to leave and come home. Already looking to book for next year .

Summary: Our stay at Villa Pegasus was wonderful. Villa Pegasus is a traditional villa. Nothing new or glitzy but everything you need is there and it all works. Unexpectedly, laundry was changed in the middle of our stay. The pool is a delight in the afternoon and evening. I recommend a car or scooter. Villa Pegasus is for two people. More could fit but I would find it harder. Demitris is a wonderful host with excellent, fast communication. Anything we needed was sorted immediately.

Summary: Hidden away in the hills, this private and peacefull villa is very rustic. Perfect for the get away from it all quite break. Dimitris was in contact to make sure everything was running fine from time to time. But everything was as we expected. Great holiday.

Summary: Communication with the owner was great, very polite and helpful. Charmingly decorated and a great space for a romantic getaway, nice colours and style, comfy bed. The house is located in a great location, very quiet, on a high spot that offers beautiful views of Skopelos town. Now for the negative points, the pool was not properly cleaned for our arrival, lots of leaves, soil, dead insects etc, not inviting at all. We were told by the person who showed us into the property that we could clean it ourselves with the skimmer during our stay, wish it was at least clean to begin with. As mentioned on previous reviews, the property is surrounded by trees and plants which definitely need a proper trimming, gardening, landscaping to make it presentable, this will also help in having a bit more sun on the outside area which is in shade after early afternoon. The private drive to the property is well lit, it would be good to even the road and remove a few large stones. Skopelos is a very green and beautiful island, worth visiting.
