Positive: This is an exceptional property, finished internally and externally to an extremely high standard. The villa is located with stunning views over Skopelos town and out to sea and has beautiful outside space with a multitude of places to sit and admire your surroundings. Nikos and Marianna were exemplary hosts for whom nothing was too much trouble.

Positive: Our Villa was advertised as a luxury retreat. Too right :). We had 10 days at Villa Antigone in fabulous accommodation and location. The island was lovely, great beach spots and restaurants. Not that busy and recommend the Kayaking Skopelos is a must. There was three of us , my wife, my daughter and myself plenty of room and views to chill as a group or quietly on your own. Great facilities, clean and comfortable. Pool was a welcome addition when taking in the sun and returning from visiting spots on this great island. Marianna and Nikos were great hosts, the specialist Skopelos pies were delicious, thanks Marianna. Their attention to detail and responsiveness to queries was so professional. A lovely couple who welcomed us, checked in over the week and left us to get on with our holiday. This is a fabulous place and highly recommended. Ken

Positive: Location, view, interior, exterior, hosts, cleanliness, attention to detail, etc. Beautiful home and grounds with stunning views. Well-appointed kitchen with everything one could need for a vacation stay. Lovely hosts, Marianna and Niko, were extremely warm and welcoming and even provided us with local treats which we thoroughly enjoyed. We would stay here again without hesitation. Location was very convenient for going into town as well as within short driving distances to most of the best beaches of Skopelos.

Positive: Everything just wonderful. Everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Lots of gorgeous private space to relax in the sun and dip in the pool - all with spectacular views!! We loved eating in the shade of the olive and pine trees. And the beautiful scent of the rosemary and jasmine, especially in the evenings. Marianna and Nikos were so friendly and helpful, before and during our stay. And the mid-stay freshen up clean (with the added surprise of homemade traditional Skopelos cheese pie and sweet pie) was much appreciated. We were glad we hired a car as it’s a substantial steep climb on a track road up to the villa. We explored Kastani beach and Milia beach, both stunning. We devoured a couple of delicious take out meals from Azan In Skopelos - and can also highly recommend the restaurant Alexander.

Negative: Nothing!

Summary: A great place to escape for a while and truly rest and relax.

Positive: Beautiful Villa finished to a very high spec' with lovely views across Skopelos town. The rooms were spacious with aircon throughout and immaculately clean with every facility including a concealed washing machine with tabs incase you need to wash that favourite shirt. We arrived to find wines and bottled water in the fridge and mid week were told they would call in to change the bedding and clean so we visited the Mama Mia Chapel and returned to find Greek pies, honey and home made jam..delicious ! We spent are days relaxing by the pool and dining alfresco in the shade of the olive trees which look as if the have been there for centuries and the pool is fresh water so the swifts and butterflies swoop down to drink. The hosts Marianna and Nikos were very kind and we did communicate via text occasionally but we only saw them on arrival and departure. Their villa is situated directly to the side below our villa and is almost completely secluded from view so apart from the distant properties dotted in the valley our villa was completely private. Skopelos town was about a five minute drive so we would venture down about 5pm and dine out as that side of the island was mostly shaded by then and a lot cooler by the waters edge.

Negative: The villa only sleeps four with a double on the ground floor and a twin on the 1st floor so a large family might pass, but it might be possible to arrange for two couples to stay ? The last part of the driveway to the villa is (1st gear) steep and on arrival with only a 1.2 Nissan Micra hire car with three people, two suitcases a full tank of petrol and the air con going full blast it did struggle but we soon got the hang of it and the views were worth it.

Positive: I loved everything about the villa. It was most perfect place for my family to switch off and enjoy family time. Marianna and Nikos were super helpful and friendly. They bent over backwards for us and advised us on places to eat, taxi drivers, beaches and we have already spoken about going back next year. The villa was spotless and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need.

Negative: Absolutely nothing! It was perfect with the best view.
