Positive: Loved the location a price but they only run the heat in the spring and you can’t open the window. They were kind enough to bring me a fan but it still got hot in the room.

Positive: The location was super. Next to JR Sannnomiya, Hanshin Railway and also Hankyu Railway. The convenience store was next to the hotel. Also though it is near the station, surprigingly it was quiet. Many restautants and cafes near by.

Negative: I booked a double room, The review said it was quite large but to our surprise, the bed was put on the wall one side. It was very uncomfortable for two person sleeping in one bed as on the wall side, you can't get off the bed wihtout disturbing the other. Twin room was too small for us with a bit of luggage. So we moved the bed and rearranged the layout with hotel permission and it was OK. for 11 nights stay, it was no other way.

Summary: Very convenient hotel and good ambience.
