Positive: Excellent location – just a short walk from the station, with plenty of restaurants, a supermarket, and convenience stores nearby. The host was very friendly and responded to messages extremely quickly. The building has a secure entry system, which made me feel safe. It’s also convenient for getting a taxi to the airport.
Negative: There’s a fire station nearby, so you may hear sirens occasionally at night (though not constantly). The WiFi signal was unfortunately quite weak and unreliable at times.

Positive: This is a super clean ground floor two bedroom apartment with a good kitchen, dining and sofa area; and with an excellent bathroom and washer. Bed was comfy - I’m 187cm and my partner is 170cm. Really well located to Shinnamiya station. 7-11 konbini across the road. The owner was super helpful and prompt to respond.
Negative: The combination lock to get in was tricky

Positive: Excellent location. Quiet part of the neighborhood but only 10 minute walk from a major subway/rail station. 20 minute walk from the bullet train station. Close to a large number of stores and restaurants.
Negative: Everything was as expected. Thank you

Positive: It was a good size apartment for Japan standards. Our family was quite comfortable for the week we stayed here. The location was convenient! We could walk to everything that we wanted to see and do! Loved the 7-11 across the street and the Haha Crepes! We would stay here again!
