Positive: Breakfast was wonderful. Had a nice service when I needed help.

Negative: The TV could have options of international browsing in NETFLIX, it was only Japanese content. Also the additional amenities like Gym or SPA could be allotted with vouchers to purchase.

Positive: Very spacious room with lots of great amenities..Close enough to Sannomiya Station.

Negative: There was a lot of construction in the area making it difficult and frustrating to navigate packed walkways. There was no.coffee mug in the room despite coffee being provided.

Summary: A great hotel but at a more convenient time.

Positive: Location was great. Close to Sannomiya station is great base for trip to Kobe and surrounding areas . easy to access and staff were always helpful

Negative: The mattress and pillows are rock hard
