Positive: Convenient location, nice large desk and comfortable beds.

Negative: I wish the room had better lighting, it felt a little lacking at night even with the desk light and the egg light at max output. The curtains also weren't blackout type, so it was very bright very early in the morning (June).

Positive: Good value hotel located close to railway station and with access to railway line to port area (for cruise travellers) and Kobe airport. Food outlets and Lawsons within walking distance. Reception is on second floor. Luckily outside appearance of hotel is distinctive and therefore easy to find. Access was slightly impeded due to building works next door however there was no noise from these.

Positive: The location, room size, facilities and staff are all perfect. The breakfast is a plate with soup, bread and rice ball buffet, not so great but acceptable.

Negative: Breakfast without hot coffee machine, and no hot milk.

Summary: Still a perfect choice, will visit again when back.

Positive: Excellent location, pleasant staff and a great room. Spotlessly clean. Parking only Y2000 per night. So close to Sannomiya station and restaurants and shops.

Negative: only the weather on the day :)

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was impressive and we have booked again for our July trip
