Summary: For a National Park hotel it met expectations. The room was clean and comfortable but we did not receive service on the second day. The coffee was not replenished and trash was not emptied. The restaurant at the El Tovar was excellent.

Summary: Dining at the trevo hotel was problematic. The host kept sitting at an unwanted or dirty table. Luckily and thankfully the manager helped me out both times

Summary: Dated room but incredible view. We were initially given a room that didn’t exist. After wandering around for quite awhile looking for it we finally found someone that told us it didn’t exist. Went all the way back to check in and were given an actual room. No real apology for our trouble. Just blamed the previous employ saying they didn’t know what they were doing. The area is amazing with incredible views.
