Summary: Bright Angel Lodge was an ideal location right on the Rim trail and had the best accommodations with restaurant amenities after a long day of driving. Can't recommend this place enough, a Historic Lodge with iconic views and Grand Canyon backdrop.

Summary: We were allowed to check-in early which was a huge help since this was just one leg of our hiking adventure. Jeff from SD was *incredibly* helpful at the front desk, aiding us in securing a dinner reservation at the Arizona Steakhouse. The room was fantastic, but the bed was uncomfortable :/

Summary: Looks amazing

Summary: Great cabing just a couple of meters from the start of the trail. We had a cabin without AC - only one available. I cannot recommend that in July - but we survived.

Summary: Here’s what we loved: The location is amazing! It’s right by the Bright Angel Trailhead. We discovered that if you just walk a short distance (not even a full kilometer) down the trail, you’ll come to an amazing archway. Even if you aren’t hiking the canyon, make the trek down a the trail that far. It’s a nice area, relatively quiet, parking is free, very safe, very friendly guests and staff (for the most part). The food in the restaurant was good. Here’s what we didn’t like: The cabins aren’t standalone, they were duplexes and quads. We could see the light through the adjoining door, and could hear the other people. There’s no A/C but that wasn’t bad at all. The fan did its job. The bed was uncomfortable. The service in the restaurant was pretty terrible. Overall, we were happy there and we would definitely stay there again, because the location was wonderful.

Summary: There is nothing better than waking up at the Bright Angel Lodge, fixing a coffee with the single serve coffee maker, then exiting your room, walking maybe 75 steps to view the splendor of Grand Canyon!
