Negative: Too far from the Ja-ela Town. It's hard to get pickme or Uber, and drivers always ask for a location.. Rooms were not clean on arrival. It was too much dust and misquotes. Specially bed rooms. The refrigerator and microwave do not function properly. Bird nest is inside the house and made very dirty.

Positive: This house is exceptionally clean and comfortable, conveniently located near the main town of Ja-Ela and Katunayake International Airport. It is an ideal venue for hosting parties or gatherings, featuring several air-conditioned rooms and a fully furnished house. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities to prepare any type of meal for a gathering. Although we encountered some minor kitchenware issues, they were promptly resolved by the staff. Highly recommended.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay! The house is very nice, clean, and comfortable — the rooms are spotless and the air conditioner is perfectly cold. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped with modern appliances, which made our stay even more convenient. It’s a perfect place for families, and we stayed for a week very comfortably. The owner is super friendly and helpful, and the price is very reasonable. The location is also great, very close to town. Highly recommended!
