Beautiful and bright apartment of 112m in first floor located in the area of the Bay of Jávea , in a quiet residential area with community pool, playground and green areas, just 400 meters from the gravel beach of Primer Montañar and near the harbour and the town. Several supermarkets and restaurants within 50 meters.
The entire apartment has northeast.
The house has a spacious living room with table for six expandable diners , as well as a warm seating area with two comfortable three seater sofas , TV Led 40 " wifi with ADSL up to 20MB internet with unlimited access for free.
The property has three bedrooms, one with double bed 200cm x 150cm and access to the terrace, and two double, with two beds of 90cm each, all with fitted wardrobes and drawers. Two full bathrooms, one with bath and bidet and the second with shower. The house has an electric boiler with a capacity of 200 liters.
Both the living room and bedrooms have hot / cold air conditioning.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electrical appliances : Refrigerator , Dishwasher , Oven , Microwave with grill , Electric coffee maker Dolce Gusto, Italian coffe maker , Kettle, Toaster, Sandwich maker , Juicer , Iron and Blender as well as a wide range of utensils, crockery and glassware that we are sure will make you feel at home.
Large terrace of 30 meters overlooking the community swimming pool, with a seating area and table for 6 people.
The apartment also includes a large garage of 15 meters in the basement of the building. If necessary, highchair children's chair, bed barrier and travel cot with spring mattress 120cm x 60cm would be provided.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The apartment is very centrally located, you can easily reach the beach or the old town. The apartment provides everything, had a homely atmosphere and a lot of attention to details, you immediately feel at home. The owner is super friendly and thinks along with everything, contact was perfect.

Summary: The apartment is very clean comfortable and spacious, it is very homely with lots of finishing touches we could not fault it.You can walk to the old town in 20 minutes it’s well worth a visit or stroll to the port where there is plenty of good restaurants. Arenal beach is about a 35 minute walk from the apartment on the promenade and there is lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. There is something for everyone in Javea we had a great holiday and I’m sure we will return again.

Summary: Well shaped and equipped Appartement having enough room for up to 6 visitors. We found the Appartement clean and itprovided everything we needed at our one week stay. Conversation with the owner via WhatsApp also went nice and reliable. We had a good time and can recommend the location.

Summary: We were absolutely delighted with the apartment. It was squeaky clean and stylishly furnished. Everything you could possibly need was thought of. We had cold and wet weather for our 2 week stay which would have been unbearable if the apartment wasn’t so homely and warm. Very close to the supermarkets and perfectly situated for walks to the Arenal, Port and Pueblo. We will definitely return to this wonderful apartment.

Summary: The apartment was really clean and I would highly recommend a stay here. Great for families with young children as the apartment had a shared pool with a separate child’s pool. It was situated just a 5/10 minute walk from the port which has a lovely pebble beach or a 20 minute walk to the arenal beach. The apartment is within 2 minutes from Aldi supermarket making it easy to collect shopping. We will definitely book the apartment again 😊

Summary: Perfect apartment for our stay in Javea. We really enjoyed being near the Port and very close to La Siesta. The apartment is very clean and well equipped . Bosco is charming and was a pleasure to deal with. Bosco was very flexible on our check in and out days, allowing us to enjoy our first and last day and take advantage of our early arrival and late departure from Javea. Highly recommend . Summary: A spacious, airy apartment with a lovely spacious balcony and nice communal pool. Bosco was waiting when we arrived to show us around and make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Nothing was too much trouble and he asked us not to hesitate in contacting him with any questions. His wife Maria sent through local recommendations of restaurants which were useful. The apartment itself is modern and very nicely furnished, with fast WiFi and a well-equipped kitchen. The front is around a 10-minute walk away, the port an additional 5 minutes or so and the Arenal can be walked in under 30 minutes. We had a thoroughly relaxing stay, we highly recommend!

Summary: Bosco and Maria were lovely people really made us very welcome nothing was to much bother to them the apartment was 5 star spotless clean great location 10 minutes walk to the harbour 15 to the old town no need for a car will be going back next year
