Summary: Overall a lovely overnight stay but with a few minor operational niggles taking a little of the shine off. Room was lovely, spacious, clean and all the staff we interacted with throughout stay were very pleasant and well trained, and seemed like they cared. Food was very nice and in fact one of the party said it was the best dinner he had had in any Scottish hotel of this type. Overall we were talking about a return sometime.

Summary: Staff very friendly. Rooms beautifully decorated but not without issues. We asked to move rooms due to various issues. Some are underground with an eye level view of the car park! Breakfast chaotic, tables not cleared quickly and took ages to get hot drinks and take orders. Too expensive for everything not to be perfect.
