Positive: The whole place is luxurious and the staff are attentive and quick to respond. The gym was well equipped so we had no problem keeping up our workout routine.

Positive: The property was beautiful. They really take pride in the beaches, rooms, and pool areas. The staff were excellent. Very prompt and polite.

Negative: We had to walk to the other building every day for ice since our machine was broken the entire time we were there. Our mini fridge was broken when we checked in. They did bring us a new one the same night. There was a rip in our comforter and the seat outside. There really should be a microwave in the room. The extra charges are a bit much. $46 / night in random resort fees and an extra $30 / night for parking after booking a $1,700 dollar stay.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay but all the extra fees are ridiculous and most likely wouldn’t book again.
