Summary: The hotel is easy to get to. If you have a bigger vehicle, it won't fit in the underground parking. Room is clean. Staff are very friendly. Walking distance to downtown Banff.

Summary: The staff was ok, the rooms were very dated. Most of my outlets were not functional. We arrived early only room available was on the first floor. We agreed to wait for a room on a higher floor. When we came back again we were offered a first floor room. There were no notes of previous conversations about preferences.
