Negative: The heating system and fridge in the room were very noisy. Walls are thin, as well. 😕

Positive: I liked my room. The Bed was comfortable. Quiet room. Nice view. Breakfast at the El Toro restaurant was excellent. Staff were helpful.

Negative: Nothing...to speak of. Laundry machines seemed abit pricey. 3 dollars per load.

Summary: Great value for money.

Positive: Location was brilliant - except for the train horns blaring all night. Staff were so lovely and helpful. Great rooms, clean and smelt nice.

Negative: Needs bowls and cutlery. New paint and carpet to make it extra fresh. Aircon very loud.

Negative: The first room we were given was horrible. It was literally right on a parking spot. There were no sheer curtains for privacy, so the heavy drapes had to be closed all the time, making the room very dark. We requested a change, and were upgraded to a very nice room, large, with a view. This was much appreciated, and made for a very pleasant stay.
