Positive: It was very clean and comfortable, it was also very warm, there is a lovely heater, a radiator and a fan in the room, the tv is big and good channels especially at night, the staff are lovely and it’s an amazing location.

Negative: The shower could have worked better, it was going very warm and then very cold but I did get it to work both days and was lovely.

Summary: Loved it, had an amazing time.

Positive: The location for my work & also the local area were superb

Negative: The room was much smaller than I expected with little to no storage space. There was a small wall panel at the side of the bed that constantly came loose due to it not being fixed properly.

Negative: After booking the accommodation people not looking mail always. The process of check in is quite time taking, specially people are tired full day and on arrival they need to wait for long. check in process should be the simple for easy going.
