Positive: I loved the coziness, the fireplace, the wee gifts left on the sideboard. It was a smashing cottage. It felt like home from home. (So much so, I accidentally forgot the dog's bed when we left!)

Negative: No choice of pillows or duvet for the bed, unfortunately I'm allergic to feathers.

Positive: Lovely location. Lovely views. Very clean and dog friendly. Neighbours very friendly too.

Negative: Broadband/WiFi is quite slow. Most likely because of rural location. It didn't really matter, though. We still enjoyed our stay.

Positive: Beautiful cottage in a beautiful setting. Host has been very accommodating with some last minute changes. Fresh milk in the fridge on arrival was a nice and welcome touch. Excellent overall stay.
