Positive: Ideal for the time we were there. Had everything we required.

Negative: Could have done with a later check out - maybe 11 or 12. Could hear the people in the next room talking till about 2 am.

Positive: The location is really great with easy access to main shops / food outlets and pubs. Nice access to the promenade and good walks to the beach and surrounds.

Negative: The only issue we encountered was that we decided to enjoy some drinks (mini bar fridge) this fridge is not working at all; our drinks were still warm in the morning. The light on the left hand of the bed was not functioning but this was not an issue.

Summary: Its our second time staying at Ervin Bay and its good value for money and we totally recommended
