Summary: Great spot in Irvine. Stayed before, beds are comfy and it's in a good spot with easy free parking.

Summary: We stayed in studio 3 for 3 nights while visiting family in the area. Check in was easy, parking was plentiful nearby. Bed was a bit small, but comfy. The area was nice and quiet, a few nice cafes nearby, our fave was Sweet Tooth. The bathroom could do with some hooks and shelving in the shower for your toiletries. Coat hooks would be useful in the main room plus a big mirror. The outside sesting area was a nice touch but the walls were thin, could hear next door coughing in the night.

Summary: Communication from Nick was 1st class, very good customer service. Have stayed a few times now. The studio i was in this time, waa clean and well presented. The only issues was the floor was creaky going to the en suite. Also the firestick didn't have any sound which it did in the other studio. Not a huge problem, but a smart tv would be a good solution.
