Positive: We loved everything about the building. Our condo did not have a washing machine or dryer. Nor did we get a key fab to the building. I was locked out of the building at 4am after seeing my son off in a cab to the airport. Eventually, security arrived and let me back in. Other than those two things, everything was perfect. Walking distance to the beach and 5th Ave. Roof top pools were a blast. Chopolis restraunt down the road was our favorite go-to for dinner.

Negative: The staff removes sun umbrellas if the wind is higher than 10m/hr what is usual on the roofs.

Positive: Definitely an excellent place to stay in Playa del Carmen—everything is within walking distance. The service was outstanding, and the pool was absolutely beautiful. The entire place was spotless and well-organized. Unfortunately, I lost my keys, but I received support almost immediately, without any hassle. Highly recommended!

Positive: We loved the location, the building has everything ie; a Gym, 3 rooftop pools, 2 rooftop bars with food, free parking, and security. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. There's food everywhere around you and the beach is steps away. 5th Ave is one block away but far enough from the noise.

Negative: There were very few things we didn't like but I must point out that there wasn't a TV in the living room, no USB connections, and no washcloths. The master bedroom is not soundproof and you will hear everything from loud cars to people having conversations. There is also a need for cable channels besides Netflix and Prime Video. Other than that the place is great.
