Positive: The host created a comfortable friendly environment for all guests to enjoy. We booked this accommodation many months in advance, and our price was excellent value. Our room was exactly how it was shown in the pictures - biright, airy, with lots of shelves to store personal items. Towels and linen were super clean and fresh. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, and even lotion were generously provided. AC worked great, and we could reach WiFi from the room. Access to shared fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, electric tea pot, dishes, cuttlery, etc). Special Thank You for providing free drinking water in the large dispenser and saving on unnecessary plastic waste! We were fortunate to have very polite nice neighbours - all guests were respectful to each other, and it was peaceful and friendly.

Negative: The house is located in older neighborhood - meaning old plumbing and occasional loss of running water and electricity. However, the host tried to do what she can to make things right, and her kind effort and attitude corrected our impression. For that reason, we are taking only one point off the rating.
