Summary: We recently completed a nice 10 day stay. Victor is a great host, very informative & helpful. The penthouse is located in a gated residential area within easy walking distance to supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants & shopping. Interior has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Air conditioning, cable tv & Wi-Fi worked great. We usually prepared brunch there to enjoy on the spacious patio. The small pool is a great place to chill out! We spent most our time there lounging around. There is some large residential construction going on in the area causing noise, but they did seem to start & stop at a reasonable hour. Overall a great place for a nice residential stay.

Summary: The apartment was spacious and as described! We stayed for 3 weeks and it felt like home. The outdoor space was fantastic and we spent many nights enjoying it. Victor was amazing, quick to respond to any requests and provided good recommendations! Thank you Victor!

Summary: This place was amazing and not just for its value. It really had everything you need for a place away from home. Don't know where to start! The location is perfect, 5 minute walk from La Quinta and 8 minute walk to the beach. It comes equipped with everything you could possibly need from beach equipment to all the cooking tools. The house is in a gated neighbourhood and you really feel safe. Victor, the host, lives on the ground floor and ready to help at any time. The best part though is the large and completely private patio with the plunge pool. We had both breakfast and lunge on the patio. The back of the patio overlooks a park which is the centre of this gated neighbourhood. We will be back!!
