Positive: I traveled throughout Sri Lanka for two weeks, and this was by far the most pleasant place I've ever stayed. The communication with the owners was excellent. The room was spotlessly clean. Even the curtains smelled freshly laundered. The room was very well insulated, allowing it to maintain the temperature you left it in for a long time. The bathroom furniture looked new, as did the fixtures. The lighting was very well thought out. There was plenty of space for luggage. A kettle and glasses and mugs were available inside. I received bottles of chilled water. A beautiful terrace overlooking the well-kept greenery. Breakfast, prepared by the owner's wife, was delicious. The place is definitely worth the price. I think the reviews for this place are too low.

Positive: Nice balcony view. Lots of space in the room and the toilet, very clean. Room had both fan and A/C. Beautiful green garden with lots of flowers, birds and fruit trees. Room had a water bottle, cups, a kettle and a hair dryer.

Summary: Superb! Great hosts, enjoyed the stay. Looking forward to my next visit.

Positive: Great breakfast. End up having to leave a bit late and the hosts were very accomodating and provided a delicious rice and curry lunch upon request. Enjoyed the balcony view of the garden with lucious greenery, colorful flowers and sounds of birds.

Summary: Hosts Derrick and Sriyani were very friendly and professional. Great location. Highly recommend.

Positive: We stopped here during our long motorcycle trip and honestly, it was a great little break. The place is pretty new and super well maintained, with a big, green yard that’s perfect for relaxing after a long ride. Our room was super spacious and even had a small setup with an electric kettle so we could make a tea or coffee—nice little touch! The lady who runs the place is really sweet, speaks good English, and helped us out a lot. The place is a bit out of the way, but really peaceful, and as long as you follow your GPS, it’s easy to find. Plus, the owners can arrange a pick up from the bus station or airport. Breakfast was this amazing local spread—tons of flavor and all homemade, though it was a bit on the spicy side for our taste. Still, definitely a cozy and friendly spot worth checking out if you’re passing through.
