Positive: Private apartment to ourselves with pool even left eggs for breakfast and collected us both ways from the airport They even stored our large luggage whilst we went to the Maldives Excellent hosts easy to communicate and answered all my questions very quickly great place near the airport

Positive: The owners are amazing. Friendly and welcoming with great communication throughout. They were extremely helpful and flexible to my situation, during Middle East conflict.Made a nervy situation a lot less stressful. The house is beautiful. All modcons. Clean and comfortable. The garden space is an oasis in Negombo and made coming home after a day out something to look forward to. Amazing little pool. So clean and tidy. Anton also gave me a lift to the airport early in the morning for no extra charge. Such great hospitality. These guys are serious professionals when it comes to hosting. Everything has been thought of, to make your stay a cheers enjoyment. At the end of a trip, it was such a pleasure to stay in such an awesome house with awesome hosts. Thank you so much. I will definitely return.

Positive: I've stayed with Anton and Pushpika at their other property. So my expectations at BeecottageOne were very high and I had every expectation that this property would be clean, comfortable,quiet with a high standard of furnishings. It was! What sets this property and Beecottage apart is not the high standards but the owners. Anton and Pushpika are there to help deal with all the issues that can arise that can spoil holidays. In my case my 5 hour late arriving flight. I was picked up from the airport and swiftly taken to the villa. I have stayed in many places in South Asia and my stay here was equal to the very best. Many thanks. Paula and I will be back!
