Positive: The apartment has a good location in a quiet area. It is close to the busstation, Nea Chora beach, city center and the Venetian harbour. It is spacious, very clean and extremely well equipped. It was easy to communicate with the owner. We had a very pleasant stay and liked everything about the apartment but you have to pay attention to that the door between the terrace and the apartment has no handle on the outside, so you can easily lock yourself out, if you leave the apartment without bringing the keys with you.

Positive: Lovely apartment , with spacious terraces for sunbathing or relaxing! The place was so clean and tidy, with a well equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed for our stay. This was like having your own apartment a few minutes walk from the heart of Chania! Nice and secure, and a relaxing place to be! Nice touches of wine, and biscuits on arrival, also cold water in the fridge! Toiletries were provided too, which was great. Our host Dimitrios was always just a message away if we needed to know anything, and was really helpful, always prompt to answer any of our questions. Local supermarkets were nearby and were handy one was 24 hour! Also there are a couple of really nice bakeries nearby for morning bread, or pastries etc, lovely!! We would definately reccommend Idene Penthouse to anyone visiting Chania!! Thanks again to our lovely hosts, and we hope to see you next time we are in Chania! Steve & Sharon Mundie

Positive: What can I say , WOW WOW . The apartment was amazing It exceeded all our expectations . The owner kept in touch just to see if everything was to i our satisfaction . Safe and secure property. 15 mins walk to the port . It had everything you could ask for . Luxurious !!!

Positive: Apartment was spacious, well equipped with everything you need and more, some lovely touches that really meant the world to us. Down to washing tablets and fabulous Greek biscuits. I would run back! The balconies were great and could be used in morning and night. As Irish we are not used to the heat but the aircon was beyond exceptional and we slept like babies every night.

Positive: Beautiful apartment close to Chania bus station ,with easy check in and thoughtful welcome pack on arrival. Spacious and super clean throughout with 2 large bedrooms and all kitchen equipment needed. Wonderful balconies front and back and much needed air con as weather was very hot. Idene team were in constant contact with advice and help, nothing was too much trouble

Negative: Only one negative comment and that was the neighbourhood dogs barking, but that is something the Idene team have no control over. The apartment itself was perfect.

Summary: Excellent place to stay.
