Positive: This beautiful new residence is in the perfect location for exploring Chania. If you have a car, it is just a short walk from Talos Parking. Three different outside areas...harbor view balcony with seating, expansive rooftop terrace, and another terrace on the town side. The hosts, Nico and Artemis, were fabulous and made us feel so welcomed. Unlike some of the other harbor view accommodations with music playing in nearby bars, the apartment was very quiet when sleeping. Highly recommend.

Negative: Just want to note that the unit is only accessible by one set of stairs as well as an additional set of stairs leading to the rooftop terrace. I struggle with keeping my balance and was concerned at first but had no problems navigating the stairs. I would also like to mention there is a step down from the bed section toward the balcony that is easy to miss (if you forget like I did) since the flooring is the same. It might be nice if the hosts could add a strip of colored tape or something identifying the step.

Positive: We stayed here for 6 nights and it was honestly the most beautiful apartment we’ve ever stayed in. Spacious, spotless, and luxurious, with thoughtful touches like robes, slippers, and toiletries. No amenity was spared. The bed was huge and so comfortable, and the apartment was cleaned regularly during our stay. The views from both the balcony and especially the rooftop terrace over Chania Old Town pier were absolutely stunning. The terrace quickly became our favourite spot to relax, complete with a fridge, kitchen top, and the comfiest egg chair. The jacuzzi bathtub was such a treat and made evenings especially relaxing after wandering the captivating and romantic old town streets, we were always excited to return “home” to the apartment. Breakfast each morning was delicious and freshly prepared, brought up by the lovely lady from the restaurant downstairs — tasty eggs, bacon, fruit, and fresh coffee. The hosts were incredible: warm, accommodating, and full of local knowledge. They gave us some interesting history about the building and you could see how much passion, care and detail they have put into renovating this unbelievable tasteful space. They even gifted us wine on arrival and came within minutes when we accidentally locked ourselves out one evening during our stay. This magical apartment in a historic building made our trip unforgettable. The location is unbeatable, we actually could not fathom how we landed such an idyllic spot for our holiday. I can’t imagine there is a more convenient and beautiful area of the old town to stay in than this one. We didn’t want to leave and would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone visiting Chania!

Positive: Everything! Amazing apartment ! Highly recommend! The views , the comfy bed, the 3 fab terraces including the huge roof terrace with exercise equipment . Jacuzzi. Such lovely welcoming gifts including wine , fruit, cheese, water, biscuits , etc . Nikos was so helpful and friendly . We will definitely be back .

Positive: Where do I start? we had a week in Crete and stayed in 6 different places including Rethymno, Heraklion, Agia Pelagia and Chania. This residence was our last night in Crete as we were flying from Chania back home. Everything was perfect for us. The hosts were super accommodating and allowed us to check in much earlier. The whole place was spotless, super clean and as we were the 3rd guests everything was very new and pristine. The hosts provided luxury bedding, towels and every toiletry you can think of, including toothbrushes and toothpaste. The shampoo and conditioner provided left my curly thick hair feeling so soft and smooth that I will be buying it myself!! the facilities in the kitchen left me feeling inadequate for my own kitchen back home! Everything and more is provided. The marble detailing in the bathrooms are stunning, the beds are comfortable and there are plenty of sofa options to sit on. However the best thing about this place is location. Slap bang in the middle of the old town chania harbour. The views are to die for. There are many vantage points. one smaller balcony at the front overlooking the harbour and old town, where you can sit to drink your morning coffee. Then there is another terrace at the back overlooking the old town hustle and bustle. Then there is a huge rooftop terrace with outdoor kitchen, tables, chairs and a gorgeous hanging egg chair. The views you get across the harbour to the lighthouse are literally post card perfect. Stunning. to top it off we saw the giant turtle in the harbour on our last night which was magical! Thank you for a wonderful stay. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Negative: We struggled to get the temperature down in the kitchen / diner / 2nd bedroom but it could have been us and not the facilities. There are two air con controls and we got the temperature comfortable in the main room but not the other. My only other suggestion would be to provide robes and slippers for guests
