Positive: The location is very good, 15-20 min to Old town/ harbour, 1 min to the beach, 10 min on foot to a big supermarket/ 2 min to the minimarkets on the sea side, restaurants, bakery and great gyros close by. The apartment was very well equipped, very clean, the balcony was spacious - perfect for eating outside and drying clothes. We appreciated Reddy's hospitality and responsiveness. We chose the apartment for the location and the private parking.

Negative: I would give a 10 for Reddy's hospitality and how much the apartment feels like home, but in terms of quality of sleep, for us, the mattress was very uncomfortable. Also, on most nights the apartment was very noisy ( we are light sleepers, maybe this is not a problem for everyone) there is a dog barking almost constantly and if there are people living above, you will surely hear every time they flush the toilet.

Positive: On arrival, we received a Christmas present from the host – delicious Christmas cookies and a bottle of wine. The apartment is very close to the beach and the city center. It is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Thank you so much, Reddy, for your hospitality. We had an amazing time in Chania!

Positive: Thought the fruit, rusks and bottle of wine just added that little bit. Reddy was really helpful when they contacted me to say that I'd left a charger behind and let me back in to collect it

Negative: Room lost heat very fast so had to run the heater more than expected

Positive: Very good location close (less than 5min) to bakery, fast food gyros, good restaurants, beach, and a mini market (also a large Lidl and Seka about a 40min walk). The washing machine worked well. Drying clothes out on the balcony worked well. Provided wine, bread, cheese+meat pack, and cookies which was thoughtful and appreciated. Reddy was very helpful with helping me look into various options to return to the airport ( I ended up taking the city bus both ways which was only 2.5 Euros each way). Lots of locals walking the streets including kids so very safe. Good selection of dishes, cutlery and pans to make your own meals. Pictures match what you get.

Negative: Minor complaint: The shower is small and is difficult to avoid the curtain sticking to you as you shower.

Summary: Would stay here again. Safe, quiet, clean, good value, (minor: shower a bit tight).

Positive: The flat was very cosy. Had everything you need. The location was great. 2 min walk from the closest beach and 15-20 min walk from the old town. Very quiet and safe. Had a private parking. The air conditioning was working perfectly. The owners were very friendly and taking care of the smallest details.

Positive: We are very happy with everything in the studio. We stayed for 7 days and loved the studio! All brand new furniture and appliances. Very comfortable equipped with kitchenware. Staff was excellent and fast response for anything we needed. Convenient to have a spacious balcony to dry the beach clothes and laundry (studio equipped with washing machine :))) ) . Right next to the beach! We would definitely rebook this nice studio!
