Summary: Very easy to get to and accessible to the tram outside. Room was simple but had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable!

Summary: Staff were helpful, facility was clean, close to sports facility, easy access to transportation that got you into town and other sites.

Summary: The hotel is overall standard, clean, and compared to other hotels closer to city center is ok priced (for Switzerland). The only downside was shower temperature, it was going from boiling hot to freezing cold constantly and there was no way to regulate it. Also there was no kettle in the room and no option to get free tea from the reception area. You can buy tea from the hotel bar for 4CHF, the tea is a simple twinings teabag. Location wise there's not much around, as in there are no restaurants and bars but the tram stop is just outside the hotel so it wasn't a problem. Hotel offers free public transport ticket, make sure to ask for it!

Summary: Staff was extremely helpful. The restaurant (including the bar area) was very cosy. They offered the free city pass which we used to visit their Old Town. The tram station was near by.

Summary: It is not centrally located, but only 15 minutes walking distance and 7 minutes by public transportation to the city center. It is very clean, the staff is very helpful and the breakfast is excellent. I would recommend it anytime.
