Luxury sea front villas located on the north shore of Cavtat bay surrounded by peace yet close to all amenities.
Our properties consist of two separate villas 'The West Villa' and 'The East Villa' that are located one next to the other overlooking the beautiful Cista Luka Bay just a few hundred meters north of the center of Cavtat.
The two properties underwent a complete reconstruction on the historical site of the Rural Complex Anic-Nikic dating back to the 18th century. The reconstruction was completed in year 2012.

The two villas boast an aggregate covered area in excess of 450 square meters surrounded by about 600 square meters of garden.

The villas are able to host up to a total of 24 guests. They can be rented separately or together. The West Villa is slightly larger and can host up to 14 guest while the East Villa - slightly smaller - can host up to 10 guests.

The East Villa is the smaller of the 2 houses so far completed and consists of a 3 story construction with 2 separate terraces (one in the front overlooking the sea and one in the back supplied with a barbeque).
The house can host up to 10 guests with accommodations arranged in 3 separate bedrooms plus a spacious attic space that can be converted into a sleeping area for 4 people.

Summary: There were 10 of us aged from 6 to 73!! This house suited us all, it was well equipped and had ample space both inside and out. The views exceeded our expectations creating memories that will live with us for a long time. The only downside for us old folks was the steep climb to the entrance but it didn’t spoil our holiday . We would love to go back.

Summary: This home was everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Cavtat/Dubrovnik. It was clean, with air conditioning in each room, and Sanela (the property manager) was amazing. The house has the most beautiful views of the beach and sunset. It is walking distance from the Cavtat center (10-15 min) and a short 2-5 min walk to their beaches. Dubrovnik is about 15-20 minutes away by car but it was so worth staying out of that hustle and bustle. I HIGLY recommend this home and will for sure be returning.

Summary: Great Villas. Very large and comfortable and in a perfect location overlooking the sea. Steps from great beaches and many services (bars, restaurants, watersports, shops, etc...). Fantastic views. All in all a wonderful experience. Thanks Sanela and Paolo.

Summary: Stayed at the villas (both) this past August. A lot of space inside and outside. Interior is well decorated and maintained. Outside space is nice (although an area of the garden is still awaiting full completion). Kids and adults alike loved the beaches (four of them) in front of the villas especially the one further away (about 5mins walk) that was really secluded and peaceful. Sunsets and cocktails+bbq on front terrace at night were memorable. Close to shops and also restaurants for the few nights we didn't feel like grilling. All in all great vacation. Thanks.

Summary: Our group rented both the east and west villas. Great for groups. East villa had the larger living room space. West villa had the larger deck/outdoor space. Location was close enough to the airport for a quick commute, but secluded enough for peace and privacy. Views from the villa were great. If you travel with plenty of luggage or large pieces of luggage just be mindful that getting to the villa currently requires passing up a narrow, somewhat winding path. The more direct route may have been the area under construction during our visit. Nonetheless we were pleased with the villas themselves and their location

Summary: We rented both villas last August 2016 for 10 days. Everything was great: the villas are very comfortable and and with magnificent views of the seas as advertized. Location was at first a bit difficult to find by car, but Sanela the property manager was super nice and super helpful in solving any problem and answering questions. Outdoor space was apparently recently redone with tons of flowers and plants and offered plenty of space and quiet areas for our large group (20 people). Sea views at sunset sipping cocktails while bbq-ing outside was the highlight of the staying. Plenty to do around with nice beaches, sport center with scuba and other sports and great restaurants and shops within walking distance. It was wondeful and we are coming back this summer. Thank you!

Summary: Well, I rarely comment on my vacation experiences, but I have to say that in this case it was different. I have been going to Croatia for many years (we have some distant relatives there) and I know the area of Cavtat quite well. It is rare to find nicely built and well kept villas available for rent at a reasonable price and this is one of thoswe rare cases. First the villas are new (I think they were built in 2012 or 2013), were nicely furnished with everything that is needed. There were 24 people in our group renting both villas at the same time (we were a bit concerned as 24 people was the maximum capacity of the villas combined but it turned out that everybody was comfortable and had his own space). Villas are located in a stunning position right in front of the sea. It doesn’t gat any better than that. There are 3 or 4 beaches close to the villas (a few mins stroll) and they have pristine waters and are not crowded For those interested in more active vacations and meeting more people (we had some teenagers in our large group) there is plenty to do nearby with water sport facilities, bars, restaurants, etc… I know we’ll be back!
