Positive: This is the 4th time I have been to Cavtat so I know the area really well. I can safely say this villa is the best property we have stayed in whilst in the area. Ana and her family were great hosts and were so kind and helpful and the communication was excellent. The villa is beautiful and there was everything you could ever need there. The position is great and within 10-15mins walk from the main centre. It's also a great place for running if you like exercise. Every room was extremely comfortable and there was air conditioning in the main living area and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The bathrooms were great as well. The top floor has the most stunning views from the huge balcony area and the pool is a lovely way to cool down. there is also a lovely little Children's area with an infant slide and a trampoline. The kitchens were very well appointed and you have all the cooking utensils at your disposal if you like cooking. We would highly recommend this villa and are looking to book again.
Negative: Nothing. A bit of advice - because it's fairly new and there is another villa called Bellevue in the area make sure the taxi driver knows the exact address. Ana kindly sent us a video showing us how to get there - it is up a side road. It was really useful when I showed the taxi driver.
Summary: Fabulous villa, great hosts, I would live in Cavtat if I could when I retire. :)

Positive: The house is fantastic. It is very spacious, beautifully furnished, comfortable and Ana has thought about everything that you might need. The kitchen has everything for you to cook and the garden has herbs. The house is even better than the pictures! The location is perfect - only 5 minutes walk to the beach some bars and a restaurant and then 10-15 minutes walk into main Cavtat. Ana, Luca and her Dad are the most welcoming hosts. Nothing is too much trouble, communication was easy and she responded immediately.
Negative: Absolutely nothing!
Summary: Do not hesitate to book this beautiful villa for your stay in Cavtat!

Positive: Facilities at this property were fantastic. It had everything you could ask for. Ana was a great host. Advised us of supermarkets, restaurants etc. Eight of us stayed here and more than enough room over 3 floors. Pool was great and balcony looking out over the sea. Definitely recommend

Positive: This is a villa that has clearly been built with love and care by the family . They have thought of everything you could need and added some special touches. We loved our time here as a family of 4 adults and couldn't fault the accommodation for cleanliness and amenities. The highlight of the Villa is the beautiful views from all the terraces-the pictures really don't do it justice. Ana was a wonderful host , nothing was too much trouble, she was a great communicator and offered useful information about supermarkets , restaurants and places of interest. We will definitely be back.

Negative: We found the WiFi connection not great and mainly relied on our 4g Lack of a/c in the bedrooms meant doors being left open and relying on the a/c in the living areas drifting into the bedroom
Summary: Fab stay overall, superb quiet location, nicely kitted out and lots of room for the 5 of us.

Positive: This is an amazing villa, in a great location. 2minute walk to Beach Zal. Where you can also get the ferry into dubrovnik old town harbour. 15minute walk into the main harbour in cavtat where there are many restaurants to choose from. Also the Host was great, caring and very accommodating, we were left two lovely bottles of wine bowl of fresh fruit and some chocolates. Unfortunately our flight home was not until 3pm and the check out was at 10am as there where other guests due to arrive that day the Host managed to work somthing out and allowed us to leave our luggage there for a few hours which allowed us more time to enjoy the area before leaving and lugging around cases. I highly recommend this place 😎
