Positive: Location was perfect and a few minutes walk from the main marina. There is a slight hill (or steps) from the marina to the apartments (depending on which street you go up) but this did not bother us at all. The host Ivo and his father were very welcoming and helpful. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment (#4), a very spacious ground floor apartment right beside the pool which was equipped with everything we needed. The grounds of the apartments are beautiful with olive, lime and orange trees and the complex is kept very clean. The scent from the Neroli and lime trees was amazing.
Summary: A fantastic holiday in a beautiful apartment.

Positive: I’m upset it took me this long to write a review on this place. My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 days after a wedding in Dubrovnik. LET ME TELL YOU, best decision I could have made. After a long weekend this small town was the absolute best ending to our time in Croatia. It would not have been as perfect without this villa. It was a bit of a hike from where the taxi dropped us off (only mopeds and local vehicles allowed passed a certain point) but once we made it with our luggage it was hard to ever want to leave again! As soon as we walked in was the most peaceful place with amazing hospitality. We were welcomed with a cold glass and beer and some information on what to do around the town. I’m so sorry but I don’t remember the gentleman’s name that welcomed us, he was fantastic. There are multiple apartments in this villa and they all share the pool. We were lucky enough to have the apartment right next to the pool. We Made friends with a beautiful Irish family and a family from England, everything about this place was welcoming and I can not wait to visit there again.

Positive: The apartment was fully equipped with a working kitchen area. Good sized bathroom with shower and constant hot water. Everything was spotlessly clean. Owners were friendly and provided free juice drinks every day. Swimming pool was clean and well maintained with sunbeds available. Gardens were beautifully planted and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend Apartments Kralj.
Negative: There was nothing to complain about with the apartment. It was reached by walking up a short slope which was cobbled, but it was literally a two-minute walk from the harbour and main tourist area.
Summary: The owners were extremely welcoming and helpful - the apartment was spotlessly clean.

Positive: The location was excellent, right in the heart of Cavtat. Ivo, our host could not do enough for us. Arranged a visit to a castle and booked a wonderful restaurant. He even drove us there and waited for us as we toured the castle. Nothing was too much trouble. He drove us to the airport. He refused payment for these favours, but hopefully he will enjoy the nice bottle of malt whisky we left for him. I could not rate this accommodation highly enough.
Negative: It was perfect. Maybe give guests two keys as we locked ourselves out of our room three times. Fortunately Rosa was there to let us in.
Summary: The best place to stay in beautiful Cavtat.

Positive: Friendly helpful staff very generous owner did his utmost to please even bbq d some fish for us that he caught one day Location was excellent a few yards ftom the waterfront and the apartments were quiet and on a small complex - they were kept very clean by Rosa who made sure that we had enough clean towels toilet rolls etc
Negative: The 1 bedroom apartment that we stayed in was very close to the swiming Pool with the bedroom doors opening out onto the pool area so we kept the shutters down most of the time as not very private luckily there were only. a couple of people using the pool whilst we were there However some couples may not mind this Would definitely return to these apartments again but would not book to stay in the 1 bedroom apartment All the other apartments were private with their own terrace for sunbathing!
