Positive: I found the staff to be very professional and nice. The rooms very clean as well as the common areas. Staff was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again & recommend to family/friends

Negative: I was impressed with everything overall. The only issue I had was on the fresh fruit bar, there was a hair in the grapes. I know sometimes that can't be helped, however, just keep an eye out closely.

Negative: Well we have stayed at the hotel numerous times but this is the first time we have had a somewhat bad experience when we first walked into the room it was a dirty rag on the counter. Then when my husband and I was eating he seen a roach coming down the wall which he killed. Cleaners need to pay more attention to detail
