Summary: Love this Hotel clean, well located, the girl was helping with the breakfast was very helpful, clean area nice staff. The room very spacious. Indoor pool recommend it. I love Hyatt very different hotel, also the area is safe a lot of places to eat. free parking.

Summary: For the price of this facility, I expected a higher standard of quality and maintenance. Unfortunately, the room had several issues that affected my stay. The air conditioning unit was extremely noisy and produced constant clanking sounds, making it difficult to relax. Additionally, the room lacked modern USB charging ports, which have become a standard convenience in most accommodations. The television also experienced frequent interruptions and signal cutouts, limiting its usability. Parking was another significant concern. There were not enough parking spaces to accommodate all guests, creating unnecessary inconvenience. Furthermore, the number of designated handicap-accessible parking spaces appeared inadequate for the size of the facility. I have stayed in this area on many occasions and have found that competing properties offer more modern amenities and better overall facilities at similar price points. While this facility has potential, these issues detracted from the overall experience and should be addressed to better align with the rates being charged.

Summary: Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room I booked was a bit far for my husband who has limited mobility. They were nice enough to change it to a room on the first floor. The room was fairly clean except behind the toilet, which could have used a mop. Also it was set up kinda weird. They had to carve a piece out of the bathroom door for it to close otherwise it would hit the toilet LoL. Breakfast was nice. Something for everyone. I would definitely stay here again.
