Summary: Everything was wonderful, the room was clean and everything I expected. Hotels.com doesn’t make you aware that certain amenities are not available. The hotel did post on there Web site that they were renovating.

Summary: When we checked in the night before we were told that the pool was available 10 to 10 daily, yet when we came down with our 3 year old the pool was closed. The hotel is being majorly remodeled, yet that wasn't indicated prior to booking it and there was a large amount of noise until 8 pm and the dust was awful. We were very unhappy

Summary: The room was cozy but i didn't really get proper sleep from all the question asking. I was also told not to put my fur coat on the bedding ??? Hmm, ok. I was totally agrred with rthat. I did not like being asked, "which room am I occupying," each time I was seen (which was a total of three times). Is it protocol to ask guests, "which room are they in?" I've never been asked that so I ask, "do you deliver room service?" The answer was no. I made a couple purchases from the counter twice later on that day and also the next morning after having breakfast, I was asked a third time. Did not want to assume but icąrry! It's too many people going missing and you just have to stay ready for whatever. People just be careful.

Summary: Exceptional cleanliness. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The location is great and within walking distance of several restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.

Summary: This hotel was solid. The room was spacious and clean which was great. There was no internet or app availability on the TV and the shower could've been cleaned more thoroughly. Overall, the stay was fine.

Summary: Our room was clean. The breakfast was refilled constantly. Everything was fresh. The hotel is in great proximity to shopping and dinning. There is a small shopping area right across the street. This is my second stay at the hotel and will stay again.
