Summary: The customer service at the hotel is top tier. Every encounter I had with staff was phenomenal. However, the rooms seem a little dated. The televisions on the wall are outdated. Mine did not work at first but a tech came and fixed it. The shower seal was missing so the water created a puddle on the floor. The ironing board is small and the iron leaked all over the floor and my clothes.
