Summary: Overall good however some attention to the property would make this 5 star. The featured pool table is in poor condition. The pool and hottub hadnt been cleaned. There isnt enough dishes or big enough serving bowls for a 22 person stay. The kitchen cupboards are unorganized and should be labeled. Also there was a rotting 2 or 3 months worth of garbage in the garage. It permeated the residence including a billion fruit flies and we requested it be removed at once. Paul was very cooperative with all however all of these things should be assured on arrival - not reacted to on complaint.

Summary: We rented the house as a team accommodation for a dance competition in nearby Mission. There were 8 moms and 9 dancers who stayed comfortably in the house, most with their own rooms. There was plenty of space and the amenities made the times before and after competition comfortable and fun. The hot tub was lovely, the kitchen was stocked with all the appliances you’d likely need. There was plenty of seating and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. It was within walking distance of a grocery store (20m one way). Overall we were very happy with the house and would highly recommend it. Amie
