Positive: A full refund was given to us because the room we booked we doubled booked and we couldn’t stay. Polite and reasonable.

Negative: Obviously we had planned to stay and couldn’t because of the overbooking but it all turned out just fine and we were able to catch our ferry home.

Summary: There was an overbooking so we couldn’t stay because the alternate accomo offered wouldn’t work.
