Positive: Good room - bath and shower with separate toilet was very convenient. Very convenient location close to station and convenience store.

Negative: My room was close to the elevator so very noisy. Other guests made a lot of noise while waiting for the elevator, even late at night.

Summary: A good hotel but avoid rooms near the elevator!

Positive: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was a great size for one or two people, but what really stood out was the fantastic location. Just a 2-minute walk to nearby Ebina station and surrounded by restaurants, it was incredibly convenient. Plus, having a convenience store right beside the hotel was a bonus. The hotel itself is a tall, clean building with complete amenities. But what really made my stay special was the exceptional service from the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and made me feel right at home. They also have a laundry area which is perfect since I travel light. Overall, I'd highly recommend this cozy hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Negative: The room size, it might be a bit tight for travelers with multiple large luggage pieces. However, for solo travelers like myself with minimal luggage, the room size was perfect. I did experience a slight issue with the room temperature, as it felt a bit warm. I tried adjusting the controls, but eventually opened the window for some fresh air. The staff advised me to turn off the AC and open the window instead - perhaps a brief guide on using the controls would be helpful. Despite these minor points, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The room itself was cozy, clean, and comfortable, with a pleasant scent. The bed sheets were fresh, and I appreciated having a separate bath and toilet. The amenities were also complete and convenient.

Positive: Very close to the railway station, we stayed here as in the centre of Tokyo prices were very high at the weekend, it was only about 40 by train from the centre. Staff were very friendly, there is 7 eleven under the Hotel.
