Positive: Location is great, staff is kind and room was clean. And they had luggage room.

Negative: Toilet lacked heating, sound isolation was bad and we had one giant blanket even though there were 2 beds, just placed together.

Summary: Good value for money, great location, nice hotel for 2-3 nights

Positive: The hotel is very conveniently located, close to Brussels North Station and less than 10 minutes walk from the Grand Place. The interior of the rooms is interesting - a combination of wood and water pipes :) The room was very quiet and despite the not very comfortable mattress you could sleep peacefully.

Negative: Although it looks like a new building from the outside, it's quite retro inside. There's no kettle for water or coffee, and at least my room didn't have any windows with daylight.
