Summary: We had a wonderful experience at San Bueno. The hotel is beautiful, newly remodeled and just lovely. So clean and quiet, located 2 minutes walking from all the restaurants and shopping. The staff was professional, friendly and when we asked, the staff gave us great recommendations to local areas to see and restaurants to eat at.

Summary: Excellent stay! The hotel is lovely and the renovations respected the architectural style of the original Elks Lodge. The staff was exceptional - every interaction we had with them was professional and friendly. We ran the 1/2 Marathon so having coffee available at 4am was an appreciated extra kindness.

Summary: Lovely hotel, I’ve stayed many times. The staff is wonderful, the coffee set up in the morning is perfect, the nightly turn down service includes a delicious treat (often fresh baked cookies still warm) and the rooms are large and beautiful. Very conveniently walking distance to all the restaurants. I love this hotel!

Summary: Beautiful property with a very historic Old California feel. The room we stayed in (111) on the first floor had massive vaulted ceilings and extremely tall windows. It made for a very dramatic look. The bed is very comfortable and the complimentary drinks in the mini fridge were a nice touch. The exposed shower area is different and the lack of privacy there and in the separate toilet room was unusual. The barn door leaves a 1-inch gap so there’s almost no privacy at all. Other than that, it’s a lovely place to stay!
