Positive: We loved the location! We were able to walk to the beach each day and check out new little places to eat on Seaward just a short walk away along the beach. We also loved the hot tub and how comfortable it was. It is very well maintained and they took care of small details to make us feel at home.

Negative: Nothing, but the occasional noise from upstairs.

Summary: It was a nice escape near home!

Positive: The location was nice and it was a good fit for the that group we had. The host was easy to contact and accommodating. We were allowed to have our two small dogs.

Negative: There was a miscommunication with the cleaning person so the place was not ready when we arrived but the host resolved this issue and compensated us for the delay.

Summary: Nice place, nice location, nicely furnished and accessorized. Good host.

Positive: Location, location, location. Beds were very comfortable with nice sheets. Kitchen well equipped and spacious. The home was very clean. Well lit, we played games and did jigsaw puzzle at night.

Negative: In the primary bath the towel rack behind the door prevents the door from opening fully, making it difficult to use the sink with the door open. Relocating it above the toilet would be an improvement.

Summary: My two sisters and I went to Ventura for a Sister Getaway. It was perfect for this!
