Negative: My stay started off a bit rocky, my original room had issues with the AC and the shower leaked onto the floor. However, I really have to give credit where it’s due: Esteban completely turned the situation around. He was incredibly helpful and understanding, and quickly offered me an upgraded room, which made a huge difference in my experience. This isn’t so much a complaint about the property itself, but more about how these small maintenance issues can impact a first impression. That said, the staff’s responsiveness, especially Esteban’s, more than made up for it. Great customer service goes a long way, and thanks to that, I still had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
