Positive: Friendly welcome on arrival. Motel style large rooms, parking directly outside. Lovely lady at breakfast, even gave us a snack bag for our travels. And an excellent breakfast buffet with batista coffee

Positive: I has been very well maintained and the ladies try hard to keep it in good order, the lady who serves you the breakfast was particularly kind.

Negative: The air con would not or go under 22.5 it’s set by the owners, therefore it was a warm night sleeping. My biggest issue is that neither the hotel or Booking. com will provide me with an invoice for the purchase, a requirement for any business use, I’m only asking for a piece of paper, both say each other should issue it.
