Positive: Very basic accomodation connected to the very good Mathis Restaurant near by in the center of the city

Negative: No outlet to charge your phone, no bedside lamp

Positive: Main hotel (Mathis) has a restaurant. Train station (Fiorenzuola) and local bus stops are within 10m walk. Bar opposite the Bastimento front door opens 7am. Interior is neat and very clean. Also shower was spotless and large enough for 2 persons actually.

Negative: Could be slightly noisy on weekends. Need to book 1.5 months in advance to book long stays. No facilities in Bastimento (laundry, reception).

Summary: Great stay - I will return every time in town.

Positive: Right in the town. Good value for money. Good sized bathroom. Free parking on street near the market square.

Negative: Very small room with dated furniture and decor. As it was in the town it was a bit noisy so you couldn't open the windows.
