Negative: The noise when people were walking on the stairs and corridors. It was very loud due to being no carpet.

Positive: The place is clean, and it is not easy to find clean and new furnitured places in this areas! At least not if you go for 3,4, stars.. I will book this place again when traveling through Italy. For sure, I know I will get pleasant staff (pleasant receptionist, restaurant staff) worm dinner, clean shower in a nice warm place! Recommend:)
