Positive: It was the perfect location, just a short walk from the hustle and bustle, yet wonderfully peaceful, with beautiful views over the canal and a quiet garden. The staff truly could not do enough for us, offering thoughtful recommendations, arranging early breakfasts to fit our plans, and providing exceptional hospitality throughout our stay. Our room was immaculate, beautifully finished, and felt like a complete Venetian dream. I genuinely could not fault a single thing about Hotel Heureka; you truly helped make our trip so memorable. Positive: wonderful location. outside of the more touristy area; needed a bit more walking, but that was fine to experience to vibe of Venice. the Hotel staff was amazing- friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and extremely helpful. greeted us upon arrival of the Water taxi and patiently learned to mix a new drink with my wife's suggestions. Beautiful garden- a rarity in Venice. Lovely room. Just had to learn to work with the shower facets to get the hot water.

Negative: need a bit of written instructions to get the hot water from the shower.

Summary: a magnificent 3 days at your gorgeous boutique hotel!

Positive: Really liked the decor and the style of the place. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming, making you feel at home. The complimentary tour to Murano was 10/10!

Negative: The room was very nice, so to really nitpick, the bathroom use a bit of a renovation. E.g. the shower head couldn't stay upright since the mechanism is a bit old and didn't work. It did not affect our stay, but it would improve the overall experience to get these little things fixed.

Positive: One of the nicest places we have stayed in decades of travel. Place is physically beautiful--great combo of beautiful preservation with some modern Italian art and design. Fantastic location away from the crowds. Very good local restaurants close by, as well as water bus stops. Great staff--Franco and team. 10 on a scale of 10...and we are persnickety!

Summary: Hard to imaging a better hotel in Venice...nice to live like a rich 17th century Venetian merchant for a few days

Positive: Everything was perfect! The staff went above and beyond from the manager to the kitchen and bar staff. Beautiful setting and perfect location: quiet but close to the action, just a short walk to bars, shopping and restaurants. But once back at the hotel, we found sanctuary in the garden. The breakfast was whenever you woke up and the assortment was just lovely!
